Experience & Approach

I bring years of hands-on experience as a sports performance coach, beginning with internships at several NCAA Division I programs and a Graduate Assistant role at the University of Miami (FL), where I led training across multiple sports in strength, speed, conditioning, rehab, and return-to-play protocols.

Since 2019, I’ve worked with a wide range of clients—from youth athletes and the general population to Olympians and professionals in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, tennis, and various developmental leagues. I’ve helped high school and college athletes progress to the next level, and I’ve supported first responders, former military personnel, and individuals in physically demanding careers.

Beyond sports, I work with people of all ages and backgrounds—youth, adolescents, busy parents, older adults, and anyone focused on weight loss, mobility, or overall health. I also guide clients through a wide variety of recoveries, helping them regain strength, move confidently, and build longevity.

Comprehensive Athlete Development & Consulting

My athlete development services focus on performance enhancement both in the weight room and across sport-specific settings such as the field, court, and track. In-person clients at Core Fitness Miami, a private sports performance facility, benefit from in-person coaching and access to advanced sports science technology for precise data collection and progress tracking. The facility also includes physical therapy, regenerative health care, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and more to support a full-circle approach to athlete care.

For those outside Miami, I offer comprehensive remote training through the First Team Sports Performance app. This includes access to client programs, video tutorials, progress tracking tools, and regular communication—delivering the same high-quality coaching experience virtually.

Beyond individual athlete development, I consult with teams, coaches, and athletic departments. This includes evaluating current programs, identifying areas for improvement, and helping implement strategic training methods to optimize performance, safety, and long-term growth. My consulting services extend to high schools, private organizations, and health-focused initiatives, offering customized testing protocols, training plans, and lifestyle strategies—all backed by regular support and program adjustments to ensure continued progress and injury prevention.

Recovery and Benefits for All

Structured resistance training plays a key role in injury recovery and long-term health. It helps rebuild muscle strength, improves joint stability, and prevents future injuries by addressing muscular imbalances and enhancing neuromuscular coordination. Flexibility and mobility work restore range of motion, reduce compensatory movement patterns, and support functional movement quality—laying the foundation for safe and effective recovery.

A successful return-to-play program integrates these elements with sport-specific drills and progressive loading. By focusing on strength, mobility, and functional performance, individuals regain confidence, reduce the risk of re-injury, and return not only recovered, but stronger, more resilient, and better prepared for future demands.
